Sneez and Sherrie’s Groove Dr’s Holiday and vacation schedule for September 2024 through August 2025

The Groove Dr’s teaching calendar year starts September 1 and goes through August 31 the following year. The tuition is based on 4 lessons per month, which equals out to 48 lessons per calendar year. This leaves a certain number of days left over due to some months having more than 4 weeks.

The following is a breakdown of the Groove Dr.’s vacation and holiday schedule that will utilize the extra days. There will be NO LESSONS on the following dates:

Monday: (52 total Mondays) - Labor Day (9/2/24), Christmas break (12/30/24), Memorial Day (5/26/25), Summer Break (7/21/25)

Tuesday: (52 total Tuesdays) - Sneez & Sherrie Vacation (10/22/24), Christmas Break (12/24/24), New Years Eve (12/31/24) Summer Break (7/22/25).

Wednesday: (52 total Wednesdays) - Sneez & Sherrie Vacation (10/16/24), Christmas Break (12/25/24) New Years Day (1/1/25) Summer Break (7/23/25).

Thursday: (52 total Thursdays) – Sneez & Sherrie Vacation (10/17/24) Thanksgiving (11/28/24), Christmas Break (12/26/24), Summer Break (7/24/25).

Any other days that we need to take off due to sickness, gigs, vacation etc. we will have a sub teacher to cover on those days, OR if no sub teacher is available we will schedule a group zoom makeup class.

**Any holidays not listed above (school holidays such as UEA, Presidents day, etc.) are days that we WILL be teaching.
